A Sports Nutritionist, Sherry Granader has shared the stage with celebrities such as Whoopi Goldberg, Suze Orman and Governor Ann Richards. She has cooked for her favorite bodybuilder, Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), as well as for champion boxer Evander Holyfield, and shared her nutrition expertise with Chuck Norris on the movie set of “Sidekicks”. Sherry has also been a guest on Lee Haney’s (8-time Mr. Olympia) Championship Workout TV show on ESPN.

Sherry has authored 2 cookbooks: “Eat Right, Feel Good, Lose Weight, Have Fun – You won’t be hungry!” and the bestseller “Soy You Wanna Lose Weight?”.

As a National Speaker, Sherry delivers vibrant, passionate, educational keynote presentations on the benefits of good nutrition to live a healthier and longer life.

She recently recorded a Wedding Workout podcast for the Wedding Podcast Network, which caters to brides and grooms getting ready for their Big Day!

Sherry has served as a national spokesperson for natural health products on television and radio taking live call-ins to answer questions for viewers and callers. She currently writes books and articles for natural medicine doctors and designs corporate wellness programs that work. She served as the On-Air Nutritionist for QVC in the United States and the UK as well as the Board of Directors for Camp Mak-a-Dream and Barbizon School of Modeling.
